Axiom welcomes our newest member, Kelley Baxter, to the team. She joins Axiom as Resource Specialist, helping out with estimating, scheduling, financial analysis, trafficking, and managing systems and operating processes. Coming to us from Austin, TX, Kelley is thrilled to now be living in Houston and filling this new position for Axiom.
Previously, Kelley worked for the Austin-based digital creative agency, Somnio Solutions, starting as an intern before being promoted to Project Manager and later Resource Manager in less than one year’s time. As Resource Manager she was responsible for allocating work amongst account managers and creatives, maintaining management tools and systems, and overseeing company revenue and employee productivity. Kelley also served as Somnio’s Internship Coordinator and Culture Chair during her two-year stay with the agency.
Kelley is a graduate of Texas A&M University where she received both her BBA and MS in Marketing. While studying at A&M, she worked as an on-campus student worker for three and a half years, for which she was nominated for Texas A&M’s Student Worker of the Year. Kelley was also active in several student organizations, including serving as President for the Texas A&M Century Singers and as a co-founding member of the mixed a cappella group, HardChord DynaMix.
